Plane Crash DJ AM and Travis Barker Seriously Injured

I have just been informed that Travis Barker and DJ AM have been in a plane crash. Please everyone wish them your luck. They are awesome and really talented and if they ever were to not be able to go back to doing what they do best then I don't know what I would do.

They are both seriously injured but I hope that Travis can go back to drums and DJ AM can go back to DJing. Hopefully he will recover and his burns won't affect him that much. Please everyone wish them luck and I hope they recover well.

Metro Station

"In 2006 the siblings of Trace Cyrus and Mason Musso introduced them to each other on the set of Hannah Montana which stars Mason's brother, Mitchel, and Trace's sister, Miley. Sharing musical interests, they decided to form a band.[4] Shortly thereafter, Cyrus recruited Blake Healy from Synthetic Joy as a keyboardist, synthesist, and bassist. Trace remained the singer and the lead guitarist. Mason is the main singer and guitarist, along with Trace. He sang the track "Seventeen Forever", which they released on their MySpace Music website. The track gained the attention of percussionist Anthony Improgo, who was soon added as the band's drummer. Their popularity on MySpace Music grew, topping the MySpace Music Unsigned Band's charts. An intern in Columbia Records' Walking Eye program discovered the band while looking through the MySpace Music charts, and they were signed shortly thereafter."(Wikipedia-Metro Station)

I just wanted to let you guys know how they got together and since I'm too lazy to re-write it myself I copied it for you. This band is really cool I have liked them from the beggining so there wasn't any I hated them then really liked them like some people I know. Anyways this is the band if you got kind of confused at the beggining:

Mason Musso - vocals, guitar
Trace Cyrus - guitar, vocals
Blake Healy - synthesizer/bass
Anthony Improgo - drums

I am going to buy their album, Metro Station, soon but I have been listening to their songs a lot online. You know I really wonder if Miley and Trace get along? I really want to know 'cause they seem pretty different. Well tell me what you think...bye.

Evanescence

This band has been around for a while now. They have changed thier memebers over time and now I think we know why. Amy Lee thinks too highly of herself. She recently said something about Evanescence being her and just her. I don't know about you but if I was in a band with someone like her I would leave. She does have an amazing voice though and an amazing vocal range. This is the band, now at least:

Amy Lee – lead vocals, piano, keyboard (co-founder, 1995–present)
Terry Balsamo – lead guitar (November 16, 2003–present)
Tim McCord – bass guitar (August 10, 2006–present)

Some really popular songs from them are My Immortal, Going Under, Call Me When Your Sober, Lithium, and Good Enough. Personally I also like Imaginary, Haunted, Snow White Queen, Lacrymosa, and Like You. Thier albums are Fallen, and The Open Door. Fallen is more rock, I like it better than the open door but that's just me. The Open Door is more classical and orquestra type. Recently Amy Lee redid a song from The Nightmare Before Christmas called Sally's Song. I heard part of it and thought it was very good compared to some of the other covers.

Armor For Sleep

I remember the first time I saw them. I loved the video for Williamsburg but I really didn't know who they were I just remembered how I thought the video reminded me of School Of Rock and that it was funny. They are like rock/alternative music, another video of thiers is Hold The Door. Personally I don't like that song as much as some of their others on the Smile For Them album. This is the band:

Ben Jorgensen - Vocals, Guitar
PJ DeCicco - Guitar
Anthony DiIonno - Bass
Nash Breen - Drums

They are from New Jeresy and they have three other albums which are Dream To Make Believe, What To Do When You Are Dead, and The Way Out Is Broken (EP). Some really good songs from this band that I know are End Of The World (featured on Transformers soundtrack), Lullaby, Stars In Your Eyes, Williamsburg, and Smile For The Cameras. I dont' know much about them becuase I started litening to them recently. If you have anymore info or comments please leave a comment. Thanks and hope you check them out! Oh by the way, they have a youtube account called armorforsleep. They have four episodes so go watch them if you seem interested. Bye!

Nevada Tan/Panik!

I have to thank Crystina for introducing me. These guys rock. As I said before their sound is a lot like Linkin Park although they do not like being compared to them. They also go by the name Panik! These are the band members:

Frank "Franky" Ziegler, Vocals, Birthday: April 28, 1987
Timo "T:mo" Sonnenschein, Rap, Birthday: September 20, 1987
Christian Linke, Bass/Guitar/Vocals, Birthday: March 11, 1987
David Lauden Bonk, Guitar/Piano/Vocals, Birthday: February 06, 1988
Jan Werner, DJ, Birthday: March 01, 1988
Juri Ibo Kaya Schewe, Drums, Birthday: November 24, 1986

I found out about Nevada Tan becuase apparently Bill was listening to them once and Crystina told me about them. I started listening to some of thier music and I loved it. I don't understand what the songs mean but the music is awesome! Some good song by them are Neustart, Geht Ab, Neimand Hort Dich, Revolution, So Wie Du, Vorbei, and Warum? They are more rock, they scream in most of thier songs so if your not into that then you might not like them. Like usual guys if you've got anything else you'd like me to add then comment, thanks!

VMAs: The Show!

The show was pretty cool. I got to stay at a friend's house we had a VMA party. So it started and Britney was there starting it off for us. Then comes Rihanna who wasn't that great. She sang Disturbia which is a pretty good song but did make my cut. Her voice was a little off maybe nerves? Well Russel Brand's jokes were a bit vulgar for the states I think but they were funny especially when he was bashing the Johnas Brothers, hilarious :P So by the end of the night we saw Travis Barker (best drummer I've heard in my life), Christina Aguilera, Rihanna, Lil' Wayne, and much more.

Paramore also a band I like was preforming at the VMAs unfortuantly it wasn't her bast prefomence. I have definetly heard her sing better but you know maybe nerves? So I added some pictures of Rihanna and Paramore. Katy Perry also preformed, I don't reallu know what to say about her I forget what she sung but I remember telling myslef that she was always wearing these short things and that she could have been better but it is a lot of pressure there are a lot of celebrities in that one building kind of freaky. Also Lil' Wayne and TPain preformed Lil' Wayne's pants are like under his f-ing ass but whatever that's him. I also added some pics of these guys. Tell me what you thought about the preformances that night. Good? Bad? Whatever

VMAs: Another First!!

Tonight was the VMAs it was my first time watching the VMAs on television ha pretty sad huh. Well Tokio Hotel won Best New Artist this year, Congratulations!! And Linkin Park won Best Rock Video, Congratulations!! Britney won three Go Britney!! Best Pop Video, Best Female Video, and Video of The Year! So many exclamation points and so much happiness!!! THANK GOD MILEY CYRUS DID NOT WIN ANYTHNG! One very big thing I would like everyone to know that saying I am a Miley Cyrus Hater would be an understatement.

I guess I should start with how Tokio Hotel arrived to their first VMAs. It's the picture at the top of course. That was the most awesome way to get to teh VMAs a monster truck lol! It was really surprising I had no idea. Next T Pain arrived on an Elephant! He tried but the votes were in and Tokio Hotel won best entrance. Next cool arrival was Fall Out Boy, they didn't get a lot of coverage when I was watchign it on MTV but they arrived in a carrige type thing, it was pretty creative too. Miley Cyrus and Katy Perry arrived together, Katy Perry being probably one of the worst dressed that evening. But we'll get more into fashion in another post. Basicaly the coolest part of the pre-show was when Tokio Hotel arrived well for me at least. If you saw the pre-show remember to leave a comment on what you thought. Thanks!

Linkin Park

"I want to runaway,
Never say goodbye.
I want to know the truth,
Instead of wondering why.
I want to know the answers
No more lies
I want to shut the door and open up my eyes."-Runaway, Linkin Park

Keeps running through my mind all the time at least on the days I get mad at my mom. This thing is taking me "One step closer to the edge and I'm about to break."-One Step Closer, Linkin Park haha Well basically yea. I wouldn't have a place to go so I learn to deal with the yelling at my house but I do love my parents and they love me. I know I would break thier hearts if I left like that. I don't need to tell you why you get the main point so I don't need to get into detail don't worry (if you are) it's mostly my dad's yelling becuase of my cousin that lives with us now (don't need to go into detail either) he doesn't know the first thing about anything. He doesn't listen, he doesn't pay attention, he doesn't do anything. It's not like he's going through a rebellious stage, he's in first grade now. Well anyways Linkin Park:)

Band:
Chester Bennington - vocals(screaming)
Rob Bourdon - drums, percussion
Brad Delson - lead guitar
Dave "Phoenix" Farrell - bass guitar, back-up vocals
Joe Hahn - turntables, programming, samples
Mike Shinoda - emcee, vocals(rapping), guitar, keyboards

This band totally got me. They mix rap and screaming perfectly another band that you could relate to them might be Nevada Tan/Panik. We'll go into more detail later. So some more famous song by them would be What I've Done, Crawling, In The End, Breaking The Habit, Numb, Shadow Of The Day, and Given Up. I really started liking them last year. Crystina again thanks for letting me borrow all the cds lol. So they write about more depressing maybe to some people lyrics. They have a lot of scream in some and less screaming in others. If you dont' like the screaming deal much you might want to listen to In The End, Shadow Of The Day, Leave Out All The Rest, and Valentines Day, but if you really like the screaming then Given Up, One Step Closer, Don't Stay, and No More Sorrow are totally for you. For rapping you probably want to get the Reanimation Album. I love that album they remixed the songs awesomely, personally I think P5ing Me A*Wy is better than the normal version.

I don't know much about their backgrounds but they write a lot about high school or middle school (can't remember which one). Mike Shinoda(Rapper) has another band called Fort Minor, they have some pretty good songs, the best to me is definielty Rememeber The Name. If you have anything you want me to add comment! Thnks:)

Will The Real Kaulitz Twins Please Stand Up

I love it when people say that they are Bill or Tom Kaulitz and they're NOT. I mean seiously what people belive that kind of stuff?! If I was famous would I give out my email so you could talk to me whenever you want heck...wait well it depends I would give it to my close friends but to strangers, why? So I just kind of felt like writing because I see this kind of crap on YouTube all the time. It's kind of funny at the same time becuase you have these crazy fans that actually belive these fakes. Then later the fakes turn out to be pervs and ask you for pics and shit like that. So I guess watch your back and don't be so naive not everyone in this world is nice and happy and just want to be friends.
